  • Considering the huge population of students and their multi-faceted problems, the formation of UEF is an achievement, though impressive in its own right, constitute a mere drop in the ocean. The pressing need of the hour is to launch more and more number of programmes and cover a much larger segment of the target group. Towards this, it is proposed to prepare video cassettes/CD ROMs, publishing books on different facets of careers, to train career counselors in schools and colleges, to produce TV programmes/Serial on different aspects of careers besides offering regular employability Training.
  
   
   
   
   
   
   
 
  • Subject to successful launch of this, in the second phase we can think to establish a VOCATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL PARK.
  
   
   
 
  • UEF proposes to Government of Assam for training the youth registered under the Government's Employment Exchange. UEF will work closely with the NGOs and Government in its effort to promote employment and intend to play a significant role in educating and training unemployed youth to gain employment.
  
   
   
   
   
 
  • Intend to establish one Digital language lab like ENGLISH EDGE, WORDS WORTH, CLARITY in all high schools in Karimganj Dist as a pilot project basis.
  
   
   
 
  • A home and training center for Gandhian values (i.e. anything that leads us to truth and a more peaceful world.
  
   
   
 
  • Intend to establish a Peace club in some selected high schools.
